Booking and cancellation terms
Reservation Once we have received the request, we respond within 24 hours with an email notifying us of room availability in which we indicate the conditions of stay, prices and payment methods. We respond to everyone, even in the event of unavailability. To make a reservation, simply reply with an email to our communication of availability and pay the deposit, equal to 20% of the total price of the stay. In case of failure to receive the deposit, the reservation will be considered null and void. The reservation is confirmed for Residenza San Giovannello only upon receipt of a copy of the confirmation deposit payment receipt. Send a copy of the payment via e-mail(residenzasangiovannello@gmail.com). At this point Residenza San Giovannello will undertake to send our guest a confirmation email or a summary voucher to be shown at check-in. On the day of arrival, check-in takes place from 3:00 pm, on the day of departure, check-out takes place by 10:00 am. Upon your arrival at the facility, each guest must show, for the purposes of legal obligations, a valid identity document. We reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with others of equal or higher standard without notice and without increase in price. Cancellation Policy The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed booking must be communicated by email to: amministrazionesangiovannello@gmail.com. In the event of cancellation or reduction of the booking by the guest, the deposit/deposit will not be refunded, unless the cancellation is received within 7 days before the arrival date of the booking. No Show: In case of no-show, the deposit will be withheld.
